SHIPPING
Orders are on a first come, first serve basis. If you reside in Nashville, Tennessee you can receive your product within 1-3 business days or visit the store Monday-Friday from 9-5.
If you would like to schedule an appointment during the weekend send an email to info@peshmerga.com. All packages shipped within the USA will take 3-10 business days depending on what the customer selected as their shipping method. Products are not shipped during statutory holidays. All orders will be processed the next business day. International orders will also will also be processed the next business day but transit time varies based on what the customer selected as their delivery method. 
 
 
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we are unable to accept returns unless merchandise was received damaged. A claim must be processed within 48 hours after receiving the package and insurance must be included when shipping was selected at the time of purchase. If you have any questions about the merchandise send an email to info@peshmerga.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering from Peshmerga.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; PESHMERGA has NO control over these charges, nor can PESHMERGA predict what they may be.

 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Note:

  • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

     

  • Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
